Nick Harpster
Managing Partner
Nick founded LINK in November 2015. He successfully grew the company and launched service lines in multifamily, scattered site, and association management. The company is presently a team of 178 dedicated professionals. In 2017, Nick along with Managing Partner, Chase Miller, launched the Urban Land Co., creating a team with a dedicated focus on acquisitions and development.
Prior to starting ULCo. and LINK, Nick led the Property Management group for Lifestyle Communities, a regional real estate development firm. During his time at LC, Nick oversaw multiple business lines and led expansion efforts that grew the company’s portfolio from 300 units to nearly 10,000 units across seven markets in three different states. He built a market-leading team of over 150 leasing, maintenance, and management professionals. Nick is most proud of helping shape a corporate culture that earned the prestigious “Best Places to Work” honors from Columbus Business First for three consecutive years.
Chase Miller
Managing Partner
Chase joined the Urban Land Co. team in April of 2017. The addition of Chase to the team allowed for the strategic expansion of the company into larger asset reposition projects and construction management.
Prior to ULCo., Chase spent eight years in the real estate development group at a large regional development firm, Lifestyle Communities. At LC, Chase started and grew the LC Development Department into a multidisciplinary team of 15 professionals organized into four studios; Acquisitions, Planning and Zoning, Architecture, and Interior Design. The development team was responsible for delivering new projects, as well as asset renovation projects for the existing LC portfolio. Chase also worked closely with the LC Construction Department on a daily basis to ensure operational continuity. During his tenure at LC, Chase and his team grew the firm through expansion of the real estate pipeline by an incremental 5,100 new units delivered into construction at a total market cap value in excess of $830 million.
